The drama revolves around Kounotori Sakura, an Ob-Gyn doctor working at the Persona General Medical Centre who is also a gifted jazz pianist. His mother had died in childbirth and he was brought up in an orphanage, which is what fueled his ambition to be an ob-gyn. Sakura recommends an epidural labor for a pregnant woman who has a heart disease. Meanwhile, the doctors worry that Sano has postpartum depression.

A woman who has had a C-section wants a natural birth for her second baby despite the risks. Sakura supports her, but Shinomiya strongly opposes.
Episode 5
Advised to be hospitalized until giving birth, a woman who may go into preterm labor bonds with another expecting mother who has the same condition.
