SUM is not well and does not have the appetite to eat. KEUNG urges her to take a physical examination and SUM says that she has already made the arrangement. When KEUNG and SUM are watching a teleplay, they discuss about the issue of liver donation regarding the dramatic characters. KEUNG tries to act brave and brags that if anything happens to SUM and SAI, he will donate his organs to them. KEUNG accompanies SUM to get her medical report. When SUM knows she is suffered from chronic renal failure, KEUNG wants to know when SUM will inform SAI about it. Yet SUM wants KEUNG to keep the secret for her. KEUNG cannot keep the secret and drops a hint about the illness of SUM to KIU through the dramatic characters, but KIU thinks otherwise.
