Should the current situation continue, Cynthia is expected to be the last to go into the knockouts. Afterwards, there's often a debriefing, with Cynthia being particularly critical; she now seems to be aware of her position. Her departure wouldn't have a major impact on the whole thing. Everyone has a good time, but for the Giertjes, there's still the issue with Cynthia, and Casper's ignoring behavior. This challenge revolves around wall sits and endurance. The goal is to see who can hold a wall sit the longest. Teams like the Sharks, Foxes, Vultures, and Snakes compete, and the knockouts are determined according to the same principle. And then there was delicious food and a Carnival-themed costume party. It's Valentine's Day in this episode. And Salar gets to make a video call and hears from his friends what Mercedes' father said, which is incredibly shocking.
Knock-outs Part 1
His friends' comments about what Mercedes' father said hit him hard. He confronts Mercedes about it, but she can't remember exactly what was said. Outside the warehouse, a father like that has little chance of building anything. And it all happens on Valentine's Day, which doesn't exactly improve the atmosphere. What a disgusting bunch of people, and then they throw someone under the bus who had nothing to do with it. But the cause lies with Cynthia, who in this case is Mate Hari. Something Casper said is being taken out on Marlijn by that filthy Cynthia. Casper, what a scumbag, he just keeps quiet. There's no slippering now, because tomorrow is the knockout match. The knockout match, Snakes vs. Vultures, kicks off. And then Vultures vs. Foxes. And this loss also means the end of Marlijn's stay in the warehouse.
Episode 145
Noah's fanatical behavior might just end up being the Foxes' undoing. Someone else is going to have to offer apologies. Robert comes up with a fun activity: guessing words. Roxy wears the same clothes remarkably often: a leopard print and pajama bottoms. Ricky and Nyssa are growing fonder of each other, but Casper is annoyed by it. The challenge is a duel between Sharks and Snakes in the history category for 200 points. The Sharks are coming out of the negative and are now in third place. Chess really needs to see someone, but we have yet to wait and see if that will happen. Salar and Noah are real jerks; one is allowed to do everything, the other nothing at all. Eventually, she is allowed to make a call after all. Roxy really needs to learn to think before she says something stupid again, and that has happened so many times already. How much longer does Robert have the patience for this?
Episode 146
Well, since Roxy started eating healthier at the Allies, she’s gained weight too. Whaaaaaa, you only eat fatty food; healthy food do you actually know how to spell that? Teamwork and insight are important: how many spiders do you count in the video? The person who does this best gets to decide who doesn't participate in the next assignment. That’s the Snakes, so that’s immediately -50 points. The assignment: tape one member of your alliance to the wall like Spiderman, and make sure that person stays hanging above the red line for 10 minutes. If you do it right, you win 250 points. Anouk hears via video call from her boyfriend who, what, and where, and what she needs to watch out for regarding what she says to whom specifically Kristie and Noah. Frank isn't letting Roxy push him around.
Episode 148
Roxy had another lesson from Robert; curious if it helped. A heated argument broke out between Chess and Kristien versus Salar, because the Foxes didn't want to pay for extra time for the music. Kristie isn't quite right in the head and told Anouk: “shut your big mouth.” Noah speaks with two mouths and is absolutely untrustworthy. There are now three fake figures inside: Kristie, Noah, and Kristie again. Kristie keeps gossiping and stirring things up, and told Ricky that Casper and Bianca were screwing in the sauna, which is totally untrue. Meanwhile, things were very cozy at Roland and Bonnie's; they had a great evening and night. The earning challenge revolves around ball feel and control. Today, ping-pong balls are being bounced: from 1 to 8 bounces on the table. It is quite difficult. Finally, the Foxes seem to be reaching -50, while the Vultures are winning. Kristie's lie just keeps simmering, and this will never be resolved.
Episode 277
The reporter presents this assessment task, keenly observing how the teams fare. Marleen and Maarten are present to act as judges, determining who performs best and who worst. The results place the Snakes, Sharks, Vultures, and Foxes at the bottom, with the Foxes emerging as the best performers. Thanks to their performance, the Foxes have nearly climbed out of the negative point range, sitting at just -45 points in the rankings. But what will Ian do now? Will he go home, or will he stay for the new cycle? Joshlyn asks him; although he is very keen to stay, he has not yet decided what to do. A challenge duel between the Vultures and the Sharks in the geography category—worth 200 points—is underway, with the contest set to continue tomorrow.
Episode 278
Moving on to the challenge duel: who will grab those 200 points? It’s the Vultures, who also overtake the Sharks in the rankings. But why was Sayf chosen to play, precisely when it was something he wasn't good at? Aran Bade interviews Jan, who has been nominated as a talented presenter. And then, a giant beach ball suddenly appeared. Is there a mole among the residents given that a mole is seen crawling out of the ground on the holo-box? The holo-box then goes black again, causing confusion. Everyone immediately becomes suspicious, and then there’s that beach ball, too. The Snakes have a secret mission tomorrow morning. A letter will be in the mailbox for you at 7:00, and the mission begins at 8:00. No one is allowed to drink coffee between 8:00 and 11:00.
Episode 279
Moving on to that secret mission that’s at risk of failing. And sure enough, for every alliance that has had a drink, they get 100 points and all three alliances *did* have a drink. So, that’s a 300 point deduction for the Snakes. Can celebrates his birthday with his mother, sister, and brother in the warehouse. At 4:52 PM, a cake appears in the airlock, but no one notices it. The cake has been cut into pieces, yet no one has eaten any of it. Ian does what his girlfriend expects of him and keeps Joshlyn at a distance. At 4:05 in the middle of the night, a music box suddenly starts playing. "Distract and Connect" is a knowledge-based task. Combine the answers with one member from each alliance carrying out the action and avoid that nasty 50-point penalty.
Episode 280
Moving on to the challenge to earn points: the Foxes are already at -50, but the Vultures are the ones who snag those 250 points. Relations between Yvonne and Hannah within the Foxes alliance are anything but smooth. Yvonne finally sets some boundaries with Hannah, but Hannah treats the matter lightly and brushes it off. Eventually, she, too, bursts into tears. Who in your alliance do you think deserves a phone call home? Afterward, the remaining contestants have to pick one of the four. Kimberley gets to make the call. Délano has to explain something to Lisanne. He is being so mean. Dear residents, the fact that you have been nominated calls for a celebration—and that naturally means snacks, drinks, and music. They all receive personal mail. Ian’s adventure is suddenly thrown into jeopardy when he receives a letter from his girlfriend.
Episode 281
The memory and estimation task offers a chance to earn money. How good is your memory? When and at what time did the items arrive over the past few days? And who will get hit with that terrible -50 penalty? It’s the Foxes again, dropping further down the rankings. Lisanne isn't playing it very smart; she isn't going to honor her agreement with Yvonne. She has already told Yvonne this, so now it’s a matter of waiting to see who actually goes. Group task: There is a party up for grabs, but not for everyone: it features a sushi chef and a silent disco. Teams consist of four people two from each of the opposing alliances and only the winners get to attend the party. The teams are paired up as follows: Foxes with Sharks, and Snakes with Vultures. The Reds and the Blues have earned the party.
Saturday's broadcast
Ian is set to call his girlfriend and parents at 3:00 PM, but how will it play out? He is heading home immediately because his girlfriend is still grieving and misses him terribly. Sigourney wouldn't be able to flirt with Dylan given the current situation. Imagination and creativity are essential for this money-making challenge: you have to complete each drawing in three seconds. The task won't be repeated, so you have to get it right on the first try. Your teammate has to guess what it is. The 'Reds' once again receive a 50-point penalty and drop even further in the rankings. The other three teams got the same number of correct answers and are therefore sharing the points, adding 134 points to their totals.
Episode 283
Ian faces a major decision, yet it remains unclear what choice he will make. He has requested his "24 hours," meaning he is set to leave tomorrow. The entire warehouse is in a state of upheaval now that everyone is aware of his impending departure. For her, the situation is further charged by her brother's legal proceedings. Then there are Yvonne and the underhanded, irritating Hannah. Given the current circumstances, it looks likely that Yvonne will be voted out. The sushi chef appears with a selection of delicious dishes, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Later, there is a silent disco; only a select group participates, while the others remain spectators.
Episode 284
It turns out Ian is staying after all, though he calls his girlfriend to let her know. He simply wants to finish out this cycle; it’s only one more week, he tells her. However, after talking to his loyal friends, he decides to go home anyway. "Look beyond the end of your nose" For the next three hours, one person from each alliance will search for the secret rule. Who will earn the 250, and who the +50? The Vultures win, while the Foxes lose yet again. The Foxes are now deep in the red, and given that there is only one week left, they will never be able to dig themselves out of that hole. Dylan also receives a visit from his parents and brother, who offer him sound advice on what to do next and how to proceed.
Episode 285
And off he goes, Ian but first, a group hug. Then the gate truly closes behind him. Endurance and balance are the focus of the challenge to earn points. One person from each group plays: you hold a stick by its very end, with a ball attached to the other side. Whoever holds it the longest wins 250 points. That means another 50-point penalty for the Foxes, bringing their ranking to -230 points. The end of the cycle is approaching, and if the situation for the Foxes remains unchanged, they will have to send someone home. Délano is already making plans for the Challenge Duel; he is targeting the Foxes, and if they lose, Lisanne and Yvonne are guaranteed to stay. A poker face and a knack for reading people are part of the challenge. I’ve brought in a digital visitor via the Holo Box. Don't give anything away if you recognize the person.
Episode 286
Keep that poker face on, because whoever manages it best earns 250 points. However, a stunt pulled by Jordy results in a 50-point penalty. Sharks, you’ve got mail. Because you conferred which wasn't allowed you’re being docked 250 points. Well done, Jordy; you were really on a roll. Dylan needs to be clearer with Sigourney about the fact that there’s nothing going on and that they need to keep their distance. Make sure the warehouse is absolutely spotless again. And then doubt sets in: surely it’s not those soldiers again. The Challenge Duel is in the air, and here it comes: Snakes versus Foxes in the music category, playing for 200 points. It turns out the Foxes can no longer dig themselves out of the negative score, making it certain that Hannah will have to leave during the knockouts. And then the bell rings and Jan appears with a message is this...?
Episode 287
And who is walking in now? It’s Laurel. And if anyone wants to leave now—well, that’s an option. But which group will he end up in, or is he heading to the Media Room? Lisanne is once again playing a dirty game to stitch Yvonne up. The Media Room is being converted into a small private room. And it’s for Laurel. He also has immunity, so he cannot be voted out. Can is now talking to Yvonne as well, telling her that Lisanne also has an agreement with Hannah. The final challenge. It involves visual thinking and languagea knowledge-based challenge. But there is no knowledge challenge after all; those were Jan’s final words. It is what it is. The ranking is Vultures, Snakes, Sharks, and finally Foxes. And for the first time in nearly three years, one alliance is sitting out the Knockouts.
Saturday's Broadcast
Who is leaving the 'Vossen' team? Lisanne is sending mixed signals. There is already talk of new alliances forming. And the remaining points can be spent on a phone call home. Bregje’s boyfriend and family are coming to visit. Bregje also hints that she wants to go home after this cycle. Then come the knockouts; we’ll continue on Monday and find out who the finalists are.
Knock-outs
We are moving on to the knock-out rounds and starting the elimination vote. The next person to leave is Hannah; you have half an hour to pack your bags and depart. After a brief farewell ceremony, she leaves. The first knock-out round is between the Snakes and the Sharks. In the second knock-out, the Vultures face off against the Snakes. After the final knock-out round, the Snakes advance to the final, having come closest to the figure for the total length of traffic jams on a single day in 2025. The correct answer was over 1,200 kilometers, although neither team was particularly close to that figure. Alliances are being formed once again. Bregje has indicated that she wants to go home and has also requested her hour. We won't see the vote until tomorrow. See you tomorrow.
Knockout Finale: Part 1
Moving on to the vote, the advantage goes to Délano. The final takes place tomorrow, and the four remaining contestants will compete in it. Now there is time to relax and enjoy some pizza. For one of the four, this is the final night. Can, Bregje, and Jordy are also leaving voluntarily, with their farewell ceremony taking place before the knockout final. They leave early, and then the moment arrives: they walk out through the gate. The final has finally arrived. Anne Mae is eliminated in the first round, followed by Dennis in the second. This leaves just two finalists: Délano and Dylan. Ultimately, one of them will walk out through the gate carrying the briefcase containing a cheque worth €100,000.
Knockout Finale Part 2 and Cycle 34
We continue with the finale—the final round. And who is going home with that big suitcase? It’s Délano. He gets to share the good news with his loved ones back home so they can come pick him up. His suitcase is packed; just the farewell ceremony remains, and then he’ll head through the gate. And here are the 6 new residents: Demi, Sem, Angela, Marjolein, Patrick, and Younes. Things are already off to a rocky start with agreements not being honored, and Laurel calls Joshlyn out on it. That’s a sure way to make enemies. The rule is that an alliance must include at least two long-term residents. Each alliance also gets its own "superpower." Sharks: (Superpower: influence) Sayf, Laurel, Angela, Marjolein Snakes: (Superpower: food) Joshlyn, Lisanne, Yünes, Dylan Vultures: (Superpower: knowledge) Yvonne, Anna Mae, Patrick, Sem Foxes: (Superpower: sabotage) Dennis, Sigourney, Kimberley, Demi
Episode 292
Which two housemates will attend the Televizier Ring gala? Draft a nice thank-you letter and read it aloud to the jury members. Make sure to include the topics of *frikandellen*, hunger, and flatbread. The traditional kick-off party is in full swing. Performances and speeches for a judged challenge. None other than Guido Weijers who hosted the annual New Year's Eve comedy special for years—will be the judge. And which alliance gets to go to the gala? It is the Sharks; a call to action appears on the screen urging everyone to vote so they can win the Televizier Ring. Jan also presents the opportunity to send those two housemates. He reflects on key moments from the past year and answers questions from viewers.
Episode 293
Sayf and Marjolein have a meaningful conversation before leaving for the gala. Next, the first argument arises between Sayf and Angela regarding the ordering of tobacco. After that, the traditional speed-dating session takes place, intended to help everyone get to know the new residents better. Life in the warehouse takes some getting used to for the newcomers, but for Kimberley, it remains a challenge. The Vultures will have inside information prior to the next task for earning funds. Additionally, they have a scheduled meeting with the Sharks to exchange relevant information. Notably, this cycle will also be the last one for Joshlyn, adding a special significance to the situation.
Saturday's broadcast
The newcomers must introduce themselves using three personal items. Laurel has requested his "24-hour break" due to health issues and homesickness. Sayf finds this very difficult; he is once again seeing a member of his alliance leave early. Spatial awareness and precision are at the heart of this challenging task. Using a remote-controlled car, participants must pop ten balloons. The person who completes the task fastest earns 250 points. It is a team-based competition: Sharks versus Snakes, and Foxes versus Vultures. The scoring works as follows: Snakes, Foxes, Sharks, and Vultures lose 50 points for errors, while a successful attempt earns them 250 points.
Episode 295
If Angela doesn't get her rolling tobacco, she requests it within 24 hours; however, this serves as a way to pressure her alliance. Laurel apparently received tobacco from Lisanne without telling Angela which wasn't very decent of him. The Vultures once again receive inside information regarding the upcoming knowledge challenge and share it with Sayf. Meanwhile, the rest of the group is occupied with Lisanne’s 'levenslied' (Dutch sing-along song) game. This knowledge challenge consists of three images and four possible answers. The challenge is to determine which image is missing from the sequence. Points are awarded on a scale of 1 to 10 per correct answer. After ten questions, the winner is determined based on the highest total score; the person who accumulates the most points receives those 250 points.
Episode 296
Moving on to the knowledge challenge: who will score the 250 points, and who will lose 50 points? Time is running out for Laurel, as he is actually heading home today. It will be a quick farewell, without much ceremony. Foxes, you have mail: a visit for Kimberley. Her parents will arrive tomorrow at 2:30 PM. Kimberley will finally have the chance to hug her mother, father, brother, and dog. Vultures, there is a letter in the mailbox. You have a secret mission: select an alliance of your choice. Write down the full name and date of birth of each member as listed in their passport. Then, take 150 points from that alliance. If you fail to do so, you must give 100 points to every alliance.
Episode 297
The secret mission has failed, costing them 150 points points that now go to the Snakes. The Vultures have managed to get some inside information again something about tossing rings onto a post. A few of them are hanging out at the bar, eavesdropping. The challenge requires speed and hand-eye coordination. Two people participate: one person hoists a bag upward as quickly as possible, while the other tosses rings onto a post. Who will win the 250 points, and who will lose 50? Naturally, some are better at this than others especially Joshlyn, who seems to be better at absolutely everything. Not that she’s actually proving it yet, but she certainly comes across as a know-it-all ugh! Challenge duel: Sharks versus Foxes, testing memory, for 200 points.
Episode 298
Next up is the challenge duel between the Sharks and the Foxes: who will manage to snatch 200 points from each other? Meanwhile, the Foxes are strengthening their lead. Sayf and Dennis confer on their next moves and decide which alliance should take on the upcoming challenge. In the process, Sayf requests that he not be sabotaged during the next task. The Vultures, once again, receive advance information about the next challenge a task where points can be earned. The objective: pass a ball along using only spoons, as quickly as possible. Requiring balance and teamwork, this is a points-earning challenge. Which team will complete it the fastest will it be the...?
Episode 299
Moving on to the earning challenge who will complete it the best and the fastest? It’s the Vultures. According to Sigourney, Sem didn’t make a great impression on Lisanne yesterday. There’s a party it’s Dennis’s birthday. Marjolein is looking for some inside scoop from Sem and Lisanne regarding a potential relationship involving Dylan. The Vultures receive some advance information once again. They are presented with four topics that must be arranged in the correct order—this could be based on various criteria, such as length, age, or other similar sequences. Snakes, you’ve got mail: Lisanne’s mother and sister are coming to visit tomorrow at 2:30 PM.
